The first stage of building our team is behind us. Masuria Esport now has a roster: five players who have been playing together for a while and now compete under our colors in Counter-Strike 2.
This is an important moment for the whole project. Not long ago we had an idea and determination; today we have a well-drilled team that chose to represent Masuria Esport.
A tight-knit five under new colors
The players know each other from the game and already have matches behind them. So we are not building teamwork from scratch; we are giving this team the framework of an organization, and what matters most is that it stays stable, communicative and ready for further work.

Now we are looking for a coach
We have a well-drilled roster, but the team needs someone to give it direction. We are looking for a head CS2 coach who will lead the team, build the preparation plan and get the five ready for their first matches.
We do not impose a ready-made game concept. We want to hear your approach to Counter-Strike and your vision of working with players.
