We are kicking off the first stage of building the Masuria Esport team. Before we start recruiting players, we want to find someone who will help us lay solid foundations for the squad. That’s why we are officially opening recruitment for the head coach of our Counter-Strike 2 team.
We are not looking for someone to take over a ready-made roster. We are looking for a person who will have a real impact on how our first five comes to life.
We start with the coach
We believe a good team starts with the right people, a shared vision, and clearly defined goals. That’s why we decided to begin building Masuria Esport by finding a coach with whom we will create the team from the ground up.
We want our future coach to take an active part in recruiting players, help define their roles on the team, and put together a preparation plan for the first competitions.
We don’t impose a ready-made game concept or a pre-selected roster. What matters to us is getting to know your approach to Counter-Strike and your vision for the team.
Who are we looking for?
Above all, someone who is committed, communicative, and ready to take on the challenge of building a new esports team.
Coaching experience will be a big plus, but just as important to us are knowledge of Counter-Strike, the ability to work with players, and a willingness to develop the project over the long term.
We are looking for someone who can spot players’ potential, build a strong atmosphere in the team, and work consistently on its development.
Your vision. Our team, together.
Recruitment through ClanArea
We run the entire recruitment process through the ClanArea platform. That is where you can find our listing, learn the details, and submit your application.
At this stage, the most important thing for us is to find someone with whom we can work out the direction of the team’s development. Once we have chosen a coach, we will begin the next stage of the project – the search for players for Masuria Esport’s first roster.
The first five doesn’t exist yet. You can build it.
This is only the beginning of our esports journey. We don’t have a finished team or a history full of victories. What we do have is an idea, determination, and room for people who want to build something from the ground up.
If you have your own vision for leading a Counter-Strike 2 team and you want a real say in how it comes to life, get in touch.
Masuria Esport. Let’s build this team together.
